The mission of the ULCC is to equip African-Americans and all underserved communities with the tools to achieve social and economic equality.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we’ve recognized the impact and affect it has had on our lives. However, we have seen that there is hope for those who are out of work right now. The knowledgeable staff at the ULCC has been working diligently to identify those local companies that are actively looking to fill positions.
It is our intent to continue to promote and assist both individuals and families to obtain economic mobility by providing those resources that can provide opportunities to gain employment during this time of need.

Financial Support
While we look forward to starting somewhere, providing virtual learning support for a small number of children, we also realize the number will pale in comparison to the nearly 5,000 homeless children in the CMS system that will need daily access to services and assistance. It is for this reason we are counting on our community to help us support the remaining 4,965 students that need and deserve assistance. Your financial support will help us broaden our reach and impact by covering the cost for expenses to include workspace, instruction, meals, school supplies, PPE, cleaning materials and thermometers, and transportation.
